It’s celebration time again, as Cathy Anderson is the latest staff member of Nightingales Golden Care to receive a £500 bonus for loyalty and dedication following ten years continuous service.
Cathy has been working as a community carer since she joined in 2013 and is a popular and well respected member of staff.
Nightingales who celebrated its 20th anniversary providing homecare in Portsmouth and the surrounding areas last year, is pleased to be handing out more and more long service bonuses. Established in 2002, the company attributes its success to the fact that so many staff choose to stay and build strong working relationships with its service users over long periods of time.
