Community Social Groups

We facilitate a number of social groups for adults with physical disabilities and the elderly in community settings. This enables them to socialise and provides respite for family members.

We currently run 2 community-based groups. Both are based at the Havant United Reform Church and meet on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays & Fridays from 9am to 3pm.

Some of our service users attend every day, others pick and choose what works for them.

    We’ll arrange a time when we can conduct an assessment with your loved one in order for us to create a tailored care plan that will help us provide support in a safe and dignified way

  • 3) Start Care

    Once we’ve built a care plan together, we’ll find the carer best suited to deliver their care requirements and arrange an introductory welcome meeting to take place before the commencement of any services
