Nightingales have been shortlisted for the following awards:
- Homecare Provider of the Year
- Frontline Leader of the Year – Sally Ridley
- Manager of the Year – Ben Chudley
- Excellence in Dementia Care – Catherine Anderson
- Excellence in Dementia Care – Sally Ridley
Ben Chudley, Nightingales Manager said ‘It’s fantastic to have a reason to celebrate the hard work and dedication of our staff after a very difficult couple of years for everybody. We already feel like our staff are winners but having so many people shortlisted for awards this year has given us all a real boost, especially as we go into our 20th year of providing Homecare in Portsmouth and the surrounding areas. We know many of our clients and relatives nominated their carers to say’ thank you’ for going over and above during lockdown or periods of isolation, we are very proud of them all.’
Previous HCA award winners include Community carer Carole Rogers.
