The next in our ‘meet the team’ blog series is Engagement Manager Robyn Mortazaie-Far.
Nightingales Golden Care Engagement Manager Robyn has been working in different roles across the care industry since 2011.
Robyn loves working at Nightingales because
‘no two days are ever the same’
and she enjoys
‘getting out there and meeting new and existing clients and helping to ensure they receive the care they want.’
Staff will often hear from Robyn as she responds to any alerts or issues they might have or during their regular supervisions.
Robyn is also responsible for interviewing and inducting new members of staff; meeting new clients and ensuring their care plans stay up to date.
Robyn’s most memorable moment in care was taking a group of young disabled people swimming for the first time. Robyn has a love of all things American, from Tv shows to food as it reminds her of when she lived and worked there. In her free time she likes interior design and upcycling furniture, although her work and family commitments keep her vey busy (she has three little ones) Robyn has managed to find the time to study for a degree in Psychology, a masters degree in Childhood and Youth; a registered mangers qualification and is currently studying to become a qualified counsellor.
