Mayna Cheung is the latest staff member of Nightingales Golden Care to receive a £500 bonus for loyalty and dedication following ten years of continuous service with the company.
Mayna who joined in August 2011 said that she would be using her bonus as spending money on her upcoming holiday. Having worked throughout the Coronavirus pandemic she was looking forward to getting away and enjoying time with her family.
As the company approaches its 20th anniversary its pleased to be handing out more and more long service bonuses. Nightingales was established in 2002 and attributes its success to the fact that so many staff choose to stay and build strong working relationships with its service users over long periods of time.
Registered Manger Ben Chudley said: “I always enjoy seeing staff getting their long service rewards, it’s a huge cause for celebration. Mayna has worked really hard and we are really proud of her, and hope she enjoys that well deserved holiday.”
